Illuminate

This series focuses on the use of a contained light source — placed inside of bottles and bulbs — for both photographic effect and subject interactions. The lights were given to several subjects, who were then given the liberty to observe and move them in any action they felt appropriate. These photos simultaneously capture the curious gaze of the subjects, as well as the uniquely intimate setting created from these singular light sources.
