Embrace Imperfection

This short series was inspired by the art of kintsugi, a Japanese art form that involves repairing broken pottery with a mixture of lacquer with powdered gold, silver, or platinum. Instead of disguising the cracks, kintsugi highlights them, turning the breakage into a part of the object's history and beauty.
